Body-based magic. These are multimodal sessions to effect healing for the soul, ancestors, and young parts within us through building resilience, safety, and joy in the soma (body). Techniques include Internal Family Systems, Integral Somatic Psychology, energy hygiene, nervous system regulation, and biophysical trauma remediation to explore and renegotiate the mind/body/spirit matrix.
This empowering work can shift the physical structure of the body as much or more than intensely manual bodywork. It’s hard, for example, to keep shoulders in an optimal position if they are being recruited by younger parts to protect the heart. This work is about compassionately connecting with and lovingly shifting the energy that keeps the physical body in place.

SOMA Structural Integration
Myofascial release to systematically address holding patterns, postural challenges, and the physical reality of embodiment.
Soma Neuromuscular Integration® is a form of Structural Integration in the lineage of Ida P. Rolf and the Rolfing 10-series. The work is a hands-on manual therapy that helps clients investigate their physical, emotional, and spiritual body, opening space for long-term transformation.
Soma differs from massage by approaching pain not as a local phenomenon, but as the result of patterns that play throughout whole-body alignment. Injuries, repetitive use, emotional trauma, and the myriad of experiences that come with embodiment can all create holding patterns.
Whether approached as an entire 11-session series, or a stand-alone treatment session, Soma bodywork is an excellent path to realigning the body in the gravity field, creating easeful and spontaneous presence to movement, and bringing the element of choice to habitual ways of being.
Compassionate Spirit Release—UB release
A healing ceremony for transitioning bound energy from the body. Shift destiny paths.
This option is a more concentrated session for ally-led spirit work. Connects with big resource and power to facilitate major energy shifts. May include: depossession. curse unraveling. soul contract renegotiation. soul retrieval. vow renegotiation. petitioning for the sovereignty of all beings involved.
